RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and be in their original condition, unless the product is defective.

If your item arrives defective or becomes defective within the return window, you may return it for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. -
Non-Defective Returns:
Non-defective items may be returned within the return window. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. -
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. We will provide return instructions and authorization.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
